I can not get over this pink wall! If you live in Vancouver, it’s more then likely that you’ve been to Casa Gelatto and snapped a pic in front of their epic wall. I love the bright contrast this wall creates, it really picks up the light and dark shades of my outfit so well. This winter white speckled skirt sucks in every bit of anything, all of my fat is now perfectly flat. Praise the lord for spandex!
I paired this super tight skirt with a sleeveless knit turtleneck to create a contrast in textures, as well as to give the skirt a winter flare. I love knit turtlenecks, I can’t even explain how drawn to them I am in a store. They give every fall outfit that perfect cozy yet sleek look. My girlfriend Jess suggested that I throw on this faded jean jacket to help bring the look down to a more casual daytime ensemble. The red lips, high bun, skirt and heels give off a made up going for dinner vibe without the jacket but that is what I love about fashion, all it takes is a jacket or shoe to completely change the feel of a look. Don’t be afraid to wear a “fancy” style outfit with an army jacket or leather vest, play around because some evening looks are also great in the day!
