So this post is way way over due but I wanted to share with you my experience traveling this past summer. I know that June is three months past and you guys are all wondering what the relevance of this post is but I didn’t have this blog back when I went to Paris so I feel a little ripped off I didn’t get to blog about it. In June I spent a month and a bit living in Paris and took a fantastic 4 day trip to Monaco for some sun and sand. This was an all expense paid trip that I took with my fantastic cousin Marisa, paid for by her loving father. We stayed at the Shangri-La Paris hotel and it was the most magnificent hotel I have ever been inside. If I was to imagine heaven it would be the city of Paris with my rooms at the Shangri-La. Everything was covered in gold accents, ornate wallpaper, sparkling marble flooring and lush powder blue furniture. I felt like Marie-Antoinette Before the French Revolution. Of course we did all the touristy things like go up the Eiffel Tower, check out the Notre Dome and see the Louver but my favourite was the daily walks along the Seine. There is just something magical about Paris; it made me feel like I was standing at the center of the earth. I’m not sure this is how it is for everybody but I experienced something out of a fairy-tale. My dream has always been to get proposed to in Paris around Christmas time, so maybe sometime in my future? Only time can tell me what’s in store, to bad it can’t talk. Check out the photos from my trip below.

I didn’t enjoy the show that much; next time i’ll see the show at the Crazy Horse.
I hear it’s better.
