I hope you’ve all had a fantastic week. I’ve been really sick but have still gone to all my classes, made all my meetings and just really kicked some serious ass this week. Sometimes it’s easy to get run down and just give up for that week but i’ll tell you it feels a whole lot better when you just take hold of life and don’t let it run you off course. This outfit I wore to run errands and grab lunch with a girlfriend. I love this super relaxed painter look. I call the look this because I just imagine some artist throwing on her boyfriend jeans, white t-shirt and kimono to paint a mural or sculpt some obscure art. This kimono is one of my favourite pieces in my closet. I love the bold pattern and the light weight silk fabric against my skin. It’s one of those pieces that is effortless and beautiful. These photos were taken during a rain storm which may have made my hair crazy and me wet but I think it just adds to this idea of effortless disheveled beauty. It was also very entertaining because my amazing photographer was running around trying not to get wet and yelling at me for dragging her out in the rain. Anything for great outfits right!
Thats all for today!
